Job Description – Security Guard (Ex-Army, Havildar Rank)
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 CTC
Location: Sonipat (Haryana)
Duty Hours: 8 Hours (in shifts)
Experience: 2–3 years in manufacturing industry security
Requirements:
Must be an Ex-Army person (Havildar Rank)
Strong discipline, alertness, and physical fitness
Knowledge of security procedures in industrial/manufacturing setups
Ability to monitor premises, control entry/exit, and maintain safety standards
Experience handling emergencies and coordinating with local authorities if required
Responsibilities:
Ensure safety and security of premises, staff, and assets
Conduct regular patrolling and surveillance
Manage access control at gates
Prepare and maintain security records and incident reports
Supervise security measures during shifts
