Security Engineer - iAM

Role Overview: As a Security Network Engineer / Device Management Support Engineer (L1) at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's security operations and ensuring efficient device management. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring security systems, providing technical support, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and contributing to the overall health of the security infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in security operations by providing basic troubleshooting and technical user support for security tools like WAF, NAC, EDR, and IAM. - Manage and monitor networking tools, firewalls, TCP/IP, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). - Generate SOD/EOD reports, maintain documentation, and conduct detailed monitoring of security systems. - Effectively work in shift-based operations, communicate via email and verbal channels, and ensure smooth operations. - Collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA. - Strong foundational knowledge of networking and security tools such as WAF, NAC, EDR, and IAM. - Hands-on experience with firewalls, TCP/IP, and basic troubleshooting. - Ability to maintain accurate documentation, perform routine security monitoring, and work under pressure. - Good communication skills in email and verbal formats.,
