A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing protective measures, and continuously monitoring systems to ensure they are safeguarded against potential cyber threats. You will engage in proactive discussions to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance organizational security. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Strong understanding of security protocols and frameworks. - Experience with identity governance and administration tools. - Knowledge of risk management and compliance standards. - Familiarity with incident response and threat detection methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
