Job Description

As a Customer Identity Front-End Developer and Platform Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in engineering, developing, and providing 24/7 support for identity and access management solutions on the Azure AD B2C platform. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring a secure and premium customer experience aligning with Ford's focus areas. Your commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence will be instrumental in your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and update UI based on Ford UI Design Team specifications - Research, engineer, develop, and support the front-end web experience - Ensure solutions comply with Ford Information Security policy and development standards - Collaborate with Product Owner and Designers to meet consumer needs - Utilize Agile methodologies for timely and budget-friendly software delivery - Implement automation tests and delivery pipelines for efficient software deployment - Contribute to customer identity and access management strategies and roadmap - Create and maintain technical documentation for team and integrating applications - Provide 24/7 support for the platform, including outage support and security activities **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree or a Combination of Education/Employment - 3 to 5 years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and DOM APIs - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and SSO principles - Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization - Experience with RESTful APIs, Git/GitHub, Gulp, Webpack, and WCAG standards - Understanding of GDPR, Software Testing (Automation, Manual), Regex, and data governance principles - Strong problem-solving, verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams - Willingness to provide rotational on-call support for 24/7 coverage Your role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our customer identity platform.
