Job description We are thrilled to announce the foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Private Limited Is Hiring For a Variety Positions across different functions and levels at Our TN Location Location: Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Pvt Ltd (6th Gate) Sipcot Hi-Tech Sez, Sipcot Industrial Park, Phase-II Chennai-Bangalore National Highway(NH-4) Suguvarchatiram, Sriperumbadur Role & responsibilities Security officer Assisting Guard DRI in Handling Guard Deployment and Shift Schedules Preparation, Consolidation, and Reconciliation of Guard Profiles and Summaries (both digital and hard copies) Preparing Daily and Weekly Reports as Requested by Customers Supporting the Training DRI in Guard Training Assisting with On-Ground Security Operations Conducting Roll Calls for Security Guards and ASOs Security Auditor Internal Auditor Process Control •Shop Floor Audit and Observation Tracker Management •CFT Follow-up to Close Findings •Fluent Mail Communication •PPT Report Preparation and Presentation Inventory Auditor Storage Area Inventory Check •WIP (Work-in-Progress) Tracking •CFT Follow-up to Close Findings •Fluent Mail Communication •PPT Report Preparation and Presentation Procurement Executive Hands on experience in creating PO and release PO to vendor Follow with vendor to get the ETC and ETD as per user Demand Buyer need to follow shipment from PO release and until material is received in WH Need to follow up with User and need to acknowledge the receipt of the material Follow with Accounts Payable until payment is settled to vendor Preferred Candidate Profile Able to communicate effectively in English •Minimum 2- years of substantial job experience relevant to Purchase Management. •Have prior experience in the industrial sector; knowledge of electronic manufacturing is advantageous. •Handling Import goods is an additional benefit. •Risk management •Preparation of High level reports •Experience to handle min of 5 team members CCTV Technician & Operator CCTV, Access Control Maintenance CCTV Installation Trouble shooting & PM Activity Skill Management,CCTV Surveillance Data Analysis,Customer Handling, Leadership Computer & Software Knowledge Must
