Job Description - Senior Product Marketing Manager Were building more than a cybersecurity product — we’re creating and leading the category of Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) and Automated Pen Testing . Our AI-based platform emulates real-world attacks across enterprise environments to proactively discover and prioritize exposures — before adversaries’ strike. Why This Role Matters: We’re not just building another cybersecurity product — we’re defining an entirely new category: Continuous Automated Red Teaming (CART) and Automated Pen Testing with an AI-native platform already recognized in 40+ analyst reports. This role is your chance to own outcomes that directly shape revenue, pipeline, and global brand visibility. You’ll work closely with our CMO, CEO, Engineering, and US Sales teams, alongside a Fortune 40 Under 40 CEO, IIT engineers, and patented cybersecurity innovators. If you’re self-sufficient, thrive in ambiguity, and want to make a global impact while redefining how offensive security is done — this is your arena. What You’ll Do: Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products. Own product positioning, messaging, and storytelling to ensure client stands out in a crowded cybersecurity market. Translate complex technical features into value-driven narratives for CISOs, Security Architects, and Analysts. Create and manage content strategies — case studies, white papers, solution briefs, sales decks, webinars, and website copy. Partner with Sales to build enablement materials that help Account Executives and Consultants win deals. Lead competitive intelligence and market research to identify whitespace opportunities. Work with demand generation to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth. Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring insights directly inform the product roadmap. Track, measure, and optimize marketing activities with a sharp focus on ROI and pipeline impact. What We’re Looking For: 5–6+ years in Product Marketing at B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies (ideally Series A–C stage startups). Proven track record of owning GTM execution — from messaging launch adoption. Experience launching cybersecurity products (bonus: ASM, Pen Testing, Red Teaming, GRC). Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to engage both technical and executive audiences. Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Demand Gen. Familiarity with ABM, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and AI marketing tools. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing analytics and campaign optimization. Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently in a fast-paced startup environment. Bonus Points (Good-to-Have Skills) Experience in offensive security markets (ASM, CART, Pen Testing). Exposure to high-growth, venture-backed startups. MBA or advanced degree with focus on marketing/strategy. Background in cybersecurity SaaS storytelling at scale.
