Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint IDN. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including US-based clients, to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:-Solution Design & Implementation:-Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IDN solutions aligned with business and security requirements.-Configure and manage IDN modules such as Access Request, Access Review, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Compliance.Integration & Development:-Develop and maintain custom connectors (e.g., Web Services connectors) for integration with enterprise systems like Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Azure, and AWS.-Implement API-based integrations and manage transformation and connector rules to ensure data integrity and automation.-System Management:-Perform end-to-end system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.-Conduct access certification campaigns and generate compliance reports.-Collaboration & Documentation:-Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.-Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and operational procedures.-Support & Maintenance:Professional & Technical Skills:

-Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SailPoint IDN implementations.-Stay updated with SailPoint product releases and industry best practices.-Experience in SailPoint IdentityNow development and implementation.-Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, provisioning, and compliance.-Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and scripting for automation.-Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise directories (AD, LDAP).-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.-Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing roles.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
