Role & responsibilities Candidate shall be responsible for the overall management, growth, and compliance of the agency. They oversee recruitment, training, and deployment of security personnel across various client sites. Their role includes maintaining client relations, ensuring quality service delivery, and supervising field operations and control room activities. They ensure legal compliance under PSARA, labor laws, and safety regulations. The agency head also handles tender participation, business development, and supervises financial planning, reporting, and vendor management. They act as the key decision-maker and ensure discipline, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization. Preferred candidate profile candidate shall be an experienced professional with a background in defence, police, or private security, having 10+ years of experience including leadership roles. He/she must be capable of managing large teams, handling multi-site deployments, and ensuring operational excellence. Strong knowledge of PSARA compliance, labor laws, client handling, and emergency response is essential. Preference will be given to ex-servicemen or those with experience in government and corporate security contracts. With Leadership, discipline, integrity, and decision-making ability.
