Role & responsibilities Job Title: Security Advisory - Cloud Security Location: Mumbai, India Company: Happiest Minds Technologies About the Role: Happiest Minds is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Security Advisory professional to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and strategic direction on all aspects of cloud security. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud security posture, ensuring the protection of our valuable assets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud security strategy for the organization. Provide security advisory in the selection, design, and configuration of security tools and platforms, including CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CASB, KSPM, and SASE for Cloud. Formulate policies and processes to manage risk and interoperability. Strategize and formulate high and low-level monitoring mechanisms for cloud security technologies and best practices. Manage the organizations cloud security strategy and controls, staying up-to-date with new technologies and capabilities. Strategize and formulate high and low-level monitoring mechanisms for the security posture of cloud technology deployments and advise measures to improve them. Possess and maintain in-depth technical and business knowledge of Cloud Engineering and Cloud Security Engineering. Provide security advisory during technology acquisition and project origination to assess security requirements and controls. Provide security advisory in the implementation of procured cloud technology. Take proactive measures to enhance the security posture of the Bank's cloud technologies by studying vulnerabilities issued/published by various OEMs, internal and external agencies such as CERT, CSITE, CISA, etc. Ensure service metrics related to security and assurance that Cloud Infrastructure technology configurations are compliant. Coordinate closely with the Cloud security monitoring team to strategize and formulate high and low-level monitoring mechanisms for the security posture and to ensure the implementation of security best practices. Produce and track metrics for the effectiveness and maturity of Secure Cloud deployments. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a Security Advisory role with a strong focus on cloud security. Deep understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. Experience with cloud security tools and platforms, including CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CASB, KSPM, and SASE. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
