Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Show creativity in problem-solving and decision-making processes throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the development and implementation of security solutions- Assess and manage risk reducing behaviors and processes- Ensure compliance with security standards Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow- Strong understanding of security solutions implementation- Experience with security risk assessment and management- Hands-on experience with security compliance processes- Knowledge of security best practices Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow- This position is based at our Jaipur office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
