As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in project delivery, design management, and project management. You will be responsible for positioning and securing projects that encompass a variety of services. Your contribution will be essential in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering, and design technical leaders to identify opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, execute, and maintain a range of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and design concrete and steel structures, buildings, technological buildings, PEB building design, and PEB building design reviews. - Design pipe racks, pipe supports, platforms, and connection design with attention to detail. - Design various types of foundations, equipment foundations, and liquid retaining structures. - Conduct dynamic analysis for earthquake loads, wind loads, and machine foundation design for dynamic loads. - Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and other necessary documentation. - Engage in all engineering management activities assigned to you. - Review and approve project documents. - Mentor, train, and support resources within your discipline to achieve project objectives. - Take initiative in ensuring successful service delivery within the department. - Represent Jacobs in client-facing meetings and critical discussions to provide solutions that align with project objectives. - Monitor and control productivity and project schedules within your assigned group. - Share knowledge with team members and update discipline database. - Adhere to department work instructions and QMs manual. - Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders and coordinate with internal and external teams. Skills and Qualifications: - Masters Degree (ME/M. Tech/ MS) in Structural Engineering. - Over 20 years of experience in industrial projects related to advanced manufacturing, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, data centers, etc. - Excellent domain knowledge in the design of RCC, steel structures, Pre-Engineered Building works, and general civil works. - Familiarity with 3D platforms such as Sp3D, Revit 3D, and Civil 3D.
