Greetings from Sundaram Finance Ltd...!!!!!!!! We are looking for Legal Officers position for Rajahmundry with hands on experience of 3 to 5 years. Roles and Responsibilities: Drafting and vetting necessary legal documents required for arbitration. Following up legal case proceedings and providing adequate support in finding legal risks Handling Legal Documentation, Litigation work , agreement and contracts Preparing and maintaining MIS Legal reports and other periodical reports with respect to ongoing legal cases Recovering bad debts from default customers and ensuring that necessary action is taken against fraudulent customer Executing all Arbitration Awards passed against the default customers and recovering their dues Preferred candidate profile: Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience (even practice) are preferred.
