You will be part of our cybersecurity team as a CyberArk PAM Engineer, focusing on managing and securing privileged access within our enterprise environment. Your expertise in Privileged Access Management and familiarity with CyberArk Privileged Cloud will be crucial in this role. Your responsibilities will include deploying and overseeing CyberArk Privileged Cloud solutions, onboarding various types of privileged accounts, managing application service accounts and credentials through the Central Credential Provider (CCP), and handling secrets in CyberArk Secrets Hub. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and maintaining network, patching, and upgrades for CyberArk infrastructure. Troubleshooting integrations with Active Directory, SIEM, SMTP, and other third-party tools, resolving password and session management issues, and generating compliance reports for password policies and access certifications are also key aspects of this role. You will configure load balancers for PSM and CCP components, offer guidance on master and password policies, session recording, and access control configurations, as well as provide training to administrators and end-users on secure PAM access procedures. Creating and updating documentation, SOPs, admin guides, and known issue logs will also be part of your responsibilities. Preferred qualifications for this role include proven experience in CyberArk PAM solutions, particularly Privileged Cloud, a deep understanding of PAM best practices, compliance requirements, and automation, experience in large enterprise environments with complex infrastructure, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across IT and Security teams.,
