You will be joining as a motivated ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record in providing design and development support related to ServiceNow. This role involves successfully delivering various technical engagements within the ServiceNow domain. Your responsibilities will include developing, designing, and optimizing security operation solutions in ServiceNow, specifically focusing on Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response. Additionally, you will assist in configuring and developing ServiceNow SecOps applications and modules. Your key duties will consist of identifying, evaluating, and implementing effective solutions, procedures, and systems to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their security operations needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain system design documentation, process, and procedure documentation, as well as training materials. You will conduct system and integration testing with live data samples and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and operate correctly. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SecOps solutions, ensuring comprehensive, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects by collaborating with IT, Security, and business units. Staying updated with the latest industry best practices and applying this knowledge to enhance our SecOps environment will be crucial to your success in this role. Qualifications and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the SecOps module. - Hands-on experience in developing and implementing security incident response and vulnerability response within ServiceNow. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one scripting language. - Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services. - Strong understanding of security and privacy concepts. - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Operations - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - ITIL Certification - Any other relevant industry certifications related to security or ServiceNow development.,
