The ideal candidate should have a strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. The role involves teaching mathematics to students in grades 6 to 10, designing lesson plans, and evaluating student progress. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging and well-structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Deliver clear and interactive math instruction using a variety of teaching methodologies. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school events. Stay updated with new teaching techniques and curriculum changes. Collaborate with peers to share best practices and resources. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and behavior Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic updates or concerns Requirements and Skills Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics or a related field.B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Prior teaching experience at the secondary level (2+ years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
