Responsible for managing/ Implementation /configuring/ Deployment / Troubleshooting of Routing & Switching, Firewall, Load balancer, Web Application Firewall, TrendMicro. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on multiple hardware platforms and Support for devices i.e. Cisco Nexus Cisco ACI Cisco FTD, Radware, Imperva, F5, Firewall devices Should have strong experience in installing configuring managing and maintaining Cisco switching and routing devices including Nexus ISR and ASR series of devices Ability for preparing SOP. Work and resolve incidents with proper technical update and artefacts Preparing Plan of actions for Activities and New features. Working closely with customer IT team and collaborating with other IT staff Strict adherence to customer policies and processes Continuous guidance to team. Additional duties may be assigned as required Core Competencies : - Network or Firewall or Load Balancer or WAF or TrendMicro Devices - Security Terminologies - Security concepts - Ability to adapt/improvise and take ownership Technical Experience: Degree qualified in a relevant field (B.E, B. Tech, Computer graduate) or equivalent experience in Implementation & troubleshooting on Network Devices is essential. Relevant Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), CCNP will be advantageous.
