As an integral part of Capitalmind Asset Management Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing the Capitalmind Mutual fund and contributing to the success of the company's mutual fund schemes tailored for retail investors, HNIs, and corporates. With a focus on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals, you will work alongside a dedicated management team comprising experts in fund management, compliance, risk, marketing, investor servicing, and operations. Your role will require a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in marketing, advertising, or agency settings. You should be adept at leveraging emerging technologies to enhance multimedia production efficiency and be well-versed in popular graphic design and video editing platforms such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve 20. Key responsibilities will include creating and repurposing high-quality static, interactive, and motion assets for various platforms including web, social media, email, print, events, and out-of-home advertising. Additionally, you will be responsible for editing and grading long-form videos, producing multi-camera video podcasts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to simplify complex market concepts through infographics and explainer videos. Your ability to track and analyze creative performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on insights will be crucial. Furthermore, you will liaise with external stakeholders such as printers, production houses, design agencies, and stock libraries to uphold quality standards and timelines. It is essential to align all design work with the company's brand identity, values, and style guidelines while effectively managing digital assets and artwork files.
