Good company, give nice start to freshers. But only problem is that it makes the candidate sign 3 years bond and giving no salary to the trainee for 3 months and after 3 months also their is no guarantee that they will keep you permanent and salary offered after 3 months is 8k to 12k.

This company outsource employees to mnc in tricity Chandigarh, once you join this company, you never join any mnc to which they are dealing after leaving this company. So be careful before joining this company and read all terms and conditions carefully. Also no employee benefit is there.
