As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition. Your key tasks will include managing ad network and publisher relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing campaigns. You will lead full-funnel experiments from ideation to analysis, identifying scaling opportunities, and testing new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships. Collaborating with Data Analytics and Product teams for cross-functional growth opportunities will be crucial. You will create and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau to track growth and apply A/B testing to refine marketing strategies. Additionally, analyzing data for actionable insights and continuous improvement will be part of your role. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing strategies. Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Tableau is essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required. Desired skills for this role include at least 1+ years of hands-on experience in managing Publishers, media planning, Programmatic, or Search (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.). A can-do attitude with a keen interest in learning new skills, being proactive, and taking ownership over tasks is highly valued.
