Search Engine Optimization Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in conducting keyword research and performing basic competitor analysis to support SEO strategies.
   
2. Support the creation, editing, and optimization of website and blog content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
   
3. Help monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
   
4. Contribute to on-page SEO activities, including updating meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt texts.
   
5. Assist in backlink research and help identify potential link-building opportunities to strengthen domain authority.
   
6. Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to implement optimization updates and track progress.
   
7. Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
   

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in BCA, CSE, or a related computer science or technical field.
   
2. Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
   
3. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush (preferred but not required).
   
4. Strong desire to learn and grow in the fields of SEO and digital marketing.
   
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
   
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
