Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Media Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in digital media buying and campaign management. This role requires strong proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will bring performance-focused thinking, creative collaboration, and analytical rigor to help us grow and scale our digital advertising efforts. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and ensure campaign goals are met. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. 1 year of experience in media planning or paid advertising, preferably in an agency or brand-side digital team. Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
