What were looking for: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any of the following industries: Luxury Smart Home Automation, Lighting, Interiors, or Building Materials. Must have experience working directly with HNI clients. Capable of closing sales worth 30 Lakhs annually, with an average ticket size of 5 Lakhs or more. Strong network with A and A+ category Architects. Non-Negotiables: Excellent influencing and communication skills. Highly detail-oriented and process-driven. Must be open to frequent field visits. Profiles with high job attrition will not be entertained. Preference will be given to candidates based in the respective cities, with a strong understanding of the local market.
