Coordinate sea import logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods. Oversee documentation processes for exports and imports, adhering to CHA (Customs House Agent) requirements. Monitor shipment statuses, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics operations.

AM/DM Customer Service - Ocean Import / Export - Freight Forwarding

Customer Service Import Handling shipments Air / Sea (LCL, FCL, AIR) Following up with the counterpart/co-loaders on daily routing orders & updating the same to client on daily basis. Preparing CAN copies and sending Cnee with arrival Details Resolving the issues & query of customers regarding daily routing orders. Execute order request – calls / email Email suppliers, carrier & customers with shipping updates Track shipments and confirm receipt & arrivals of shipments.
