The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, preferably within the outsourcing or BPM industry, and a proven ability to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage all digital channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid campaigns. Plan and oversee lead generation and nurturing campaigns targeting global clients. Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Lead website management, content creation, and digital branding initiatives. Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM integration for efficient campaign execution. Manage and mentor junior marketing team members or external agencies. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally in outsourcing, BPM, or IT services. Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools. Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
