As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met within service level agreements (SLAs). With 8-12 years of experience in the networking domain, you will be responsible for implementing Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, SP, and Datacenter related projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating network documentation, performing network analysis, and contributing to the design, integration, and installation of network hardware and software. You will be working in more complex environments, handling tasks such as configuration and fault management. In the realm of Routing and Switching, you should possess a deep understanding of technologies such as FHRP, Spanning-tree, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and more. Your expertise in L3 routing, VRF, and Switching will be essential for troubleshooting, implementation, and optimizing network deployment. In the Datacentre space, familiarity with Nexus, ACI, VxLan, and related technologies will be required. Experience with SD-WAN components like vSmart Controller, vManage NMS, and vEdge Routers will be beneficial for configuring and deploying SD-WAN controllers. To excel in this role, you must have a BE/B.Tech degree, MCA, or equivalent qualification along with readiness to work in a Field role based in Delhi/NCR.
