We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to generate leads/appointment booking by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. A successful lead generator must be friendly and persuasive. They must be able to understand the customers’ requirements well and present solutions that meet their needs. Job Responsibilities Making multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects. Develop sales opportunities by researching about the prospect company, influencing and relationship-building skills, by providing information on the product / value proposition of the client. Ability to understand the key objections from prospects, clarify their concerns & use product knowledge & vendor led training to alleviate these concerns & move the sales cycle forward. Persistently follows up with the prospect in a clear & timely manner to ensure positive outcomes. Understand customer campaigns, their products/services and appropriately communicate customer brand identity to prospects. Provide detailed and concise feedback to the Voice Operations leads on the outcomes (conversions / rejects / not interested etc.). Undertake pre-sales outreach processes such as AG, HQL, SQL, BANT, marketing and sales lead qualification. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to technology stakeholders, senior stakeholders including C-suite within enterprise and SMB organisations with a solid track record of lead conversions via outbound calling and emails. Been part of marketing and sales lead generation campaign teams focusing on SQL, MQL, BANT, AG etc. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills; should be able to think on their feet and provide effective rebuttals / responses to prospects on the calls. Strong track record of meeting their targets for SQL / MQL / BANT/ AG campaigns. Should be self-motivated, energetic, able to work in a dynamic environment focusing on outcomes and demonstrate a high level of resilience. A go-getter, collaborator who is keen to learn and is highly receptive to feedback.

Roles : IoT/Embedded Security Engineer Location: Whitefield Bangalore Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IoT / Embedded Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IoT / embedded systems security, with a proven track record in identifying vulnerabilities and implementing robust security measures. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct security assessments and risk analysis of embedded medical devices. Develop and implement security protocols and solutions for medical devices. Design and execute penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. Research and stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends in IoT and embedded systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on security best practices. Participate in the design and architecture of secure IoT and embedded systems. Mandatory Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Electronic field. Proven experience (5 years) in IoT and embedded systems security. Strong knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, JTAG, MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) and embedded system architecture Experience with reverse engineering ARM/MIPS/x86 code architecture. Hands on with hardware attacks such as PCB reversing, Component identification,Side channel attacks,memory extraction methods. Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) protocols and related security implications such as BLE, WIFI, LoRa,DSP, SDR, etc. Understanding of industrial IoT (IIoT) security considerations. Experience with various hardware security assessment tools/frameworks. Familiarity with hardware security concepts such as secure boot, encryption, and secure firmware updates. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in embedded systems (C/C++, Python). Proactive, problem-solver and the ability to work independently and within a team. Good to Have: Understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols. Knowledge of exploit development techniques, buffer overflows, and other memory corruption vulnerabilities applicable to embedded systems. Knowledge of secure coding practices and principles specific to embedded systems, including memory management and input validation. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards in IoT security. Any certification in IoT security, Embedded device security or similar, is a plus. Functional verification for various system blocks in Modem PHY for UL channels (PRACH, PUCCH, PUSCH etc.) in LTE and NR technology. Prepare and enhance the simulation environment/test framework to prepare the setup for verification. Understanding the requirements and prepare the test cases and communicate the report to Modem algorithm team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and driving qualified leads to the sales team.
