Role & responsibilities Junior System Administrator (VoIP/Telephony) / Telephony Engineer (Telecommunications) No. of Positions - 1 Night Shift) We are looking for a Junior System Administrator (VoIP) / Telephony Engineer (Telecommunications) to join our Telebu's Communications engineering Team. The Telebuin will develop, implement and support IP Telephony related technologies including and not limited to IP Telephony, IVR platforms, Conferencing solutions, Voice engineering integration, Voice over IP (VoIP), Session Border Controllers (SBC), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), WebRTC, and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) gateways. Responsibilities: Install & maintain Freeswtich and other SIP servers. Administration of SIP and Media Servers, Network/Protocol level debugging and testing, Contact center solutions, Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Provide IP Telephony and VoIP Subject Matter Expertise for Company and Company's managed service providers, manages 3rd party telecom carriers and providers. Requirements: 3 years of hands-on industry experience in telecommunications Strong conceptualize knowledge and experience with telephony protocols like SIP, SDP, RTP, SRTP and audio/video codecs. In-depth working experience with Kamailio, Freeswitch, Any of the SIP stack (Sofia, reSIProcate, PJSIP, etc.), and Linux Experience in using the VoIP testing tools like Wireshark, VoIPMonitor, SIPp, SIPCapture, Homer etc. Strong understanding of implementing various network setups (Private VPNs, multi-zone secure connectivity etc) Nice to have: Experience with virtualization/container related technologies (Xen, VMware vSphere / ESXi, Docker, Kubernetes) Hands on writing production quality code using any of the scripting languages like Python, Go, Erlang etc. Working knowledge in any NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra etc. Passionate about knowing everything about VoIP Protocol standards & related RFCs

Core Responsibilities: Day-to-day support and maintenance of Genesys PureCloud Solutions MACD on Genesys, including call flows, SIP trunks etc Act as L3 support during issues and drive towards resolution Work with various internal external application teams on integrating their platform with Genesys Migration and implementation of Genesys PureCloud Solution Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Able to troubleshoot and identify the root causes via reading logs and other Genesys tools for troubleshooting. Can explain the issue clearly to the Vendor and provide necessary information correctly if the Vendors need it Knowledge of network routing, VOIP Protocols, SIP Responses, Handshake communication etc.

Partner with CE&S Offering management team in operationalizing the startup cohort program and integrate the engineering teams with selected startups to derive the business outcomes. Pro-actively work with cross functional stakeholders including VP GMs of GBEs, Offering Management Leaders, CE&S Offering Management function to run Growth MOS . Prioritize the growth investments based on short term and long-term GBE priorities. Drive the community of practice initiative leading into tangible business outcomes while building the future ready capabilities across AERO engineering teams. Ensure relevance of these practices to Aero environment by aligning them to business and technology STRAP priorities. Build strong customer centric culture through external ecosystem play. Define both short term and long-term regional strategy that includes customer connect in the region, accelerating product portfolio improvements, and investment allocation decisions to drive organic growth. Desired Skills: Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 15+ years of product development experience, at least 4-5 years in leadership positions with commercial background, preferably exposure to P&L Experience of introducing new products into the market, right from the concept of the Idea to commercial success. Experience with design thinking, market research, and go-to-market strategies is a must. An entrepreneurial, creative problem solver who is persuasive and tenacious to bring cross-functional teams together to explore new ideas. Operationalize Growth SDP, oversee GBE SPOC MOS for effective execution, maintain scorecards, reporting RAIL, schedule and status for leadership and stakeholders.
