AI Agent Engineer – PropTech Platform (Dubai / India) Location: Dubai, UAE / India (Hybrid or Remote options available) Function: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Real Estate Technology About Us We are building the next-generation PropTech platform powered by AI agents to transform real estate across Dubai, U.A.E. and India . From smart property search, predictive analytics, compliance automation, and contract drafting to AI-powered tenant, broker, and investor engagement , our ecosystem will redefine how people Find, Buy, Sell, Rent, Compliances, Contracts, Operations and Marketplace of the real estate. We are looking for a pioneering AI Agent Engineer to join our founding team and help design, build, and scale the MVP suite of AI agents . This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of PropTech at the intersection of AI, FinTech, and Real Estate . What You will Do Design, build, and deploy AI agents for real estate workflows (property matching, predictive analytics, KYC, contract automation, tenant engagement). Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific tasks in PropTech. Work closely with Product Managers and Compliance Specialists to translate real estate processes into scalable AI solutions. Implement data pipelines integrating property data, financial data, and IoT sources. Collaborate with MLOps engineers for scalable, low-latency deployment across Dubai & India. Drive innovation in computer vision (AR/VR staging, image recognition for listings) and NLP (multi-lingual chatbots: English, Arabic, Hindi). What We are Looking For Strong background in AI/ML engineering with experience in LLMs, NLP, and generative AI. Hands-on with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, OpenAI API, HuggingFace . Experience in MLOps / cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure). Exposure to real estate, FinTech, or compliance tech is a strong plus. Ability to build fast, iterate, and adapt in an MVP/startup environment. Bonus: knowledge of Arabic (Dubai) or regional Indian languages for model localization. Prerequisite Experience 3–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering (startup or product-led environment preferred). Prior experience building and deploying AI-driven products (chatbots, recommendation engines, pricing/forecasting models). Track record of working with structured + unstructured datasets (property data, financial records, contracts, images). Experience in scalable system design and integration of AI APIs into customer-facing applications. (Preferred) Background in PropTech, FinTech, or Smart City applications .
