To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in SAP FICO, hands-on configuration, or support. A strong understanding of SAP FICO core modules such as GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze solution proposals, and explain system behavior in business terms are required. Familiarity with the SAP implementation lifecycle, change request processes, and prior exposure to client-facing or project coordination roles are advantageous.
