Good understanding of end-to-end software development life cycles (SDLCs) , engineering processes and systems. Experience in Java, JEE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, SQL, JPA, REST API. Experience in Microservices and Domain driven design architecture. Knowledge in Git/Bitbucket, Maven, CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Knowledge of message queues like TIBCO EMS, Kafka. Actively working with team members in design, development, and implementation. Strong Project management skills with expertise in Agile, Water fall methodologies. Strong leadership and organization skills with excellent communication, time management, project planning, people and team building skills. Experience at summarizing and clearly articulate issues and risks to project team and management. Experience in leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Technical & Project Management certifications are desired. Has organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Drive project execution. Providing technical solutions to business requirements. Holding regular technical design/development meetings to determine progress and address any challenges. Building strong relationship with client and team members. Ensuring project progress against defined milestones and deadlines. Guide the team on technical design and implementation. Communicating with client and stakeholders. Trainings assignment and tracking to closure for team members. Assessing risks and communicating on time. Manage, project dependencies, communicate and author changes to the Business , which includes all scope increases, decreases or clarifications.
