You are invited to apply for the position of Senior QA Engineer specializing in Java, Selenium, and Cards Domain within our esteemed organization based in Hyderabad. As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience, you will be a key player in our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering top-notch software solutions within the complex enterprise environment, particularly focusing on the Cards domain. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing business requirements to formulate comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases. You will be tasked with the development and execution of both manual and automated test scripts utilizing Java, Selenium WebDriver, Eclipse IDE, and Maven. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting UI, API, and database testing, which includes JSON message validations and SQL queries. Collaboration with Scrum teams in an Agile setting to ensure quality throughout the development stages will be an integral part of your role. Furthermore, you will validate production implementations, engage in post-deployment activities, and utilize tools such as JIRA and ALM for defect tracking and test case management. Generating precise reports for stakeholders and senior management, supporting globally distributed QA and development teams, and contributing to issue resolution are among the key functions you will perform. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong foundation in Java programming, Selenium WebDriver, test frameworks, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SDLC phases. Familiarity with Mainframe C3 applications, database concepts, SQL, API testing, and communication skills will be advantageous. The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, along with organizational and time management skills, is essential. While not mandatory, QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems are considered advantageous qualifications for this role.
