As a key member of the Comcast Enterprise Technology senior management team, you will be responsible for developing the strategic direction, design, development, and implementation of systems within a specific focus that align software solutions and technologies to meet the overall business needs and objectives across Comcast. You will play a crucial role in leading the Company's development teams to deliver and support enterprise systems that enhance the employee and customer experience, reduce operating costs, and support various business operations. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering innovative products that align with business goals and customer needs. Your responsibilities include defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Team Mentorship: o Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers across backend (Java) and frontend (Angular/ReactJS) technologies. o Provide technical direction and oversee the design and implementation of projects. o Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive improvements in software quality and team productivity. o Offer guidance in troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions. Application Design & Architecture: o Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/ReactJS). o Define and enforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across projects. o Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs. Hands-on Development: o Actively participate in full-stack development, writing high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement APIs and integration points between backend and frontend. SDLC Management: o Lead the team throughout the complete SDLC: requirement gathering, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support. o Foster an Agile development environment, ensuring proper sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. o Identify risks and bottlenecks and proactively work to resolve them in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders. Frontend Framework Expertise (Angular & ReactJS): o Guide and assist the team in developing modern, dynamic, and responsive user interfaces using Angular or ReactJS. o Ensure frontend solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and reusability. Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication: o Work closely with DevOps, QA, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and overall project health. o Communicate progress, risks, technical challenges, and architectural decisions effectively to stakeholders and other project leads. Technical Expertise: o Advanced knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies. o Proficiency in frontend development using Angular and ReactJS (minimum of 3-5 years). o Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. o Experience with version control (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker). o Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and integrating frontend and backend systems.
