You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, modifying, and implementing technology solutions to address short- and long-term needs through both new and existing applications, systems architecture, and network systems. Your knowledge will encompass professional software engineering practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing, and operations. Experience in SDLC frameworks like Scrum or other Agile frameworks, and tools like Jira will be beneficial. Your design skills will include Object-Oriented Design, along with experience in Application Program Interfaces (APIs), Messaging Software, Interoperability Techniques and Standards, and Cloud Technologies (especially AWS). Any additional experience in developing software for the financial services industry will be advantageous. You should have a proven track record in developing, releasing, and supporting high-quality products, as well as professional experience in developing performant, scalable, complex systems. A BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Your ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, focus on client satisfaction, and possess consensus building and negotiating skills will be essential. Additionally, you should have good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, be highly organized with attention to detail, and be dedicated to client satisfaction.
