You will collaborate with peers to understand business requirements, conduct analysis, and deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. This role involves full lifecycle development, system support, and enhancements in alignment with company standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement enhancements or revisions as per client requirements. Deliver solutions according to agreed timelines, ensuring adherence to company standards and SOPs. Provide technical support to colleagues and clients for project-related technical aspects. Handle day-to-day system support and development activities. Participate in the full SDLC design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support. Conduct peer code reviews and perform unit testing. Maintain clear documentation for all system modifications. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Work effectively as part of a team, with minimal supervision when needed. Demonstrate flexibility, self-motivation, and strong communication skills. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have: 10+ years experience in Intersystems Cache/IRIS development. Experience in Cache Objects and Cache Object Script. Exposure to MUMPS programming. Knowledge of healthcare domain and standards such as HL7 preferred. Experience in designing & developing REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Intermediate SQL query skills. Additional Information: Open to candidates based anywhere in India (Remote option available). Healthcare domain experience preferred but not mandatory. Must be willing to learn new technologies.
