Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows. Build and optimize Salesforce Lightning Web Components for seamless user experiences and interactive interfaces. Write custom logic using Apex classes, Apex triggers, and Apex test classes to automate business processes. Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using RESTful APIs and SOAP web services. Troubleshoot and debug existing Salesforce applications, optimize code performance, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Maintain and update Salesforce Lightning Pages, Visualforce Pages, and Apex classes to meet evolving business needs. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all custom code, configurations, and integrations. Ensure adherence to coding best practices and compliance with Salesforce standards during development. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful implementations. Strong knowledge and expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative configuration. Cloud experience with Sales & Service, Commerce Cloud, Partner Communities and Customer Communities (Experience), Omnichannel, and Field Service a plus Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code. Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML. In-depth understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II and Salesforce Certified Administrator, are required.
