To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of coding in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript. Strong problem-solving skills, a passion for learning new technologies, a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience), good communication and teamwork skills, as well as eagerness to take initiative and work in a dynamic environment are essential qualities for success in this position.
