Role Overview: As a Back Office Sales at SDG Financial Services, you will be an essential part of our team, focusing on client onboarding, providing detailed explanations of investment products, and supporting the sales team in delivering excellent customer service. This role involves managing administrative tasks while engaging with clients to promote financial products such as Mutual Funds, Demat accounts, and other investment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Client On boarding: Assist new clients in completing the on boarding process, including documentation and KYC verification. Ensure smooth account setup and address client queries during the initial stages. Product Explanation: Provide clients with detailed information about financial products, including Mutual Funds, Demat accounts, SIPs, and other investment options. Educate clients on the benefits, features, and processes related to investment products. Sales Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. Administrative Tasks: Manage and organize client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and send product brochures, reports, and investment summaries to clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Regularly update clients on new investment opportunities, market trends, and SDG’s financial services. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Contribute to team meetings by sharing feedback and insights on client preferences.
