Job Description

Plan, design, and execute test scenarios and test cases for e-commerce web applications.
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, sanity, smoke, UI, story testing, and bug verification.
Conduct automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Cucumber BDD, and JUnit.
Perform API testing using Postman for RESTful APIs with JSON/XML payloads.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks (BDD, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, Hybrid, Page Object Model).
Execute unit testing with JUnit/Mockito and debug issues effectively.
Collaborate with development teams to test SOA and RESTful web services.
Monitor QA activities, analyze test results, track defects, and perform root cause analysis.
Act as an escalation point for testing and QA-related matters.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release cycles and high-quality deliverables.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
