SDE (Software Development Engineer)

As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT), you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive Cloud, Data, and AI solutions using Microsoft's technology stack. Our services encompass Strategic Consulting, Data/AI Estate Modernization, and Cloud Adoption Strategy. We specialize in Solution Design, Application, Data, and AI Modernization, Infrastructure Planning, and Migrations. Operational Readiness services like DevOps, ML Ops, AI Ops, and Sec Ops implementation are our forte. Operating from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico, and Hyderabad, India, we provide scalable solutions tailored to diverse business needs and multiple time zones. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#. You will be required to design, develop, and maintain backend components using C# and JavaScript or Typescript. Knowledge of Python and Java will be advantageous. Understanding project requirements and translating them into code, enhancing SDKs and libraries, managing AKS clusters, and collaborating with development teams for seamless integration will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to work independently, conduct end-to-end testing, identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, manage version control using Git and GitHub, and implement automation for test cases. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in backend development using C# or similar languages, familiarity with build and deployment systems, and a solid grasp of backend development principles and best practices. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps, strong problem-solving and debugging skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this position. Adhering to coding standards, ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness, and demonstrating expertise in Azure Portal and related technologies are also expected from you as an SDE at WCT.,
