SDE Intern

The platform empowers organizations to onboard, train, upskill, and retain their workforce through an AI-native LMS, LXP, employee engagement tools, and curated learning content. We are seeking a passionate and motivated Software Development Engineer Intern (SDE Intern) to join our product engineering team. This internship opportunity is tailored for final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. In this role, you will work with the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and Flutter technologies, while also leveraging your knowledge of the MERN Stack (React + Node.js) to adapt and switch to Angular when required. As an SDE Intern at Thriving Springs, your responsibilities will include contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications, working on both front-end (Angular/React) and back-end (Node.js, MongoDB) development, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features, writing clean and efficient code following best practices, assisting in debugging, testing, and code reviews, and learning and adapting quickly to new technologies such as React, Angular, Flutter, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, possesses a strong understanding of the MERN Stack (React + Node.js), is willing to work with the MEAN Stack (Angular + Node.js) in live projects, has exposure to mobile app development using Flutter, has a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms, is familiar with REST APIs and Git/version control, demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and exhibits good communication and collaboration abilities. Additionally, having internship, project, or hackathon experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Flutter, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, and a curiosity and passion for AI-driven technologies are considered nice-to-have qualifications for this role at Thriving Springs.,
