Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design and development of complex, high-performing, and scalable software solutions. Your role will involve driving technical decisions, establishing best practices in software architecture, coding, and deployment, and owning design reviews to deliver optimal technical solutions. Additionally, you will architect robust, distributed systems and microservices, optimize code quality and performance, mentor team members, own critical features/modules, lead Agile ceremonies, drive continuous innovation, and contribute to the team's technical vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design and development of complex, high-performing, and scalable software solutions. - Drive technical decisions and establish best practices in software architecture, coding, and deployment. - Architect robust, distributed systems and microservices that can scale globally. - Champion clean, maintainable, and reusable code through design patterns, advanced coding practices, and automated testing. - Mentor SDE I and SDE II engineers, guiding them on design, debugging, and problem-solving. - Own critical features/modules, proactively identifying and addressing technical debt. - Lead Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation in development practices. Qualifications: Must-Have: - Experience: 2+ years of professional software development experience in designing and building scalable systems. - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Strong expertise in [specify programming languages/frameworks like Java, Spring Boot]. - Deep experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with deployment experience. - Expertise in performance optimization, profiling, and system reliability. - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git). Nice-to-Have: - Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). - Hands-on experience with big data or streaming systems (Kafka, Spark, etc.). Soft Skills: - Proven leadership and mentorship abilities to inspire team success. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues. - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment and drive multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proactive mindset to take ownership and deliver impact at scale.,
