In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex, high-performing, and scalable software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end design and development of software solutions - Driving technical decisions and establishing best practices in software architecture, coding, and deployment - Owning design reviews and balancing trade-offs to deliver optimal technical solutions As a technical leader, you will need to architect robust, distributed systems and microservices that can scale globally. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Championing clean, maintainable, and reusable code - Conducting in-depth code reviews and technical audits - Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team To excel in this role, you must have: - 2+ years of professional software development experience - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience - Strong expertise in programming languages/frameworks like Java, Spring Boot - Deep experience in designing distributed systems and microservices - Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP The ideal candidate will also possess: - Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog - Hands-on experience with big data or streaming systems like Kafka, Spark Soft skills required for this role include proven leadership and mentorship abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
