SDE-II (Frontend - React JS Development) (3yrs+) (Immediate Joiners Preferred))

The responsibilities of this position include writing extensive, efficient code to address complex modules and handle interaction between multiple components. You will be expected to rapidly iterate to add new functionalities and solve complex problems with simple and intuitive solutions. Producing architecture with clean interfaces that are efficient and scalable is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will participate and contribute to architectural discussions, perform design and code reviews, and conduct technical feasibility and trade-off studies. You will also be responsible for guiding others in performing these studies and solving production issues to minimize business impact due to outages. Continuous improvement of performance metrics of modules you own is essential, as well as participating in the hiring process, onboarding and mentoring new team members, and collaborating effectively across teams to solve problems, execute, and deliver results. The requirements for this position are a BS/BE/Tech in Computer Science or related streams, along with 4+ years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Flask or FastAPI in the backend and React.js on the frontend is necessary. Experience in product-based companies or startups is preferred, as well as experience with database design, modeling, and implementation (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in writing efficient and scalable code, familiarity with Git, AWS, and Agile methodologies, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks are also required. Exposure to Spark and/or the Big Data ecosystem is considered a significant advantage.,
