Job Description

Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
Build and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance and scalability.
Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Ensure system reliability, security, and data protection.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
Stay updated on the latest backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of strong experience in backend development using
Node.js, Python, Java, Go
, or similar technologies.
Proficiency in working with databases such as
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
.
Experience designing
RESTful APIs
and optionally
GraphQL APIs
.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like
AWS, GCP, Azure
and containerization tools such as
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with
Git
and version control workflows.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
