Job Description: As an SDE-4 (MERN- Lead) with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve developing and maintaining web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and SEO-friendly pages. Your responsibilities will include ensuring server-side rendering (SSR) for better search engine visibility, writing clean and reusable code, handling debugging and troubleshooting efficiently, and ensuring cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
