SDE 1 (Full Stack + Product Systems)

As a Product Associate / Associate Product Manager at NICMAR in Mumbai, you will be an integral part of a future-facing digital learning ecosystem that empowers professionals and students in the built environment, infrastructure, and related domains. Your role will involve collaborating with product, engineering, design, and business teams to shape the roadmap and deliver high-impact features. You will translate product requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications, own product modules end-to-end, analyze usage data and user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and support DevOps practices. Taking initiative to learn and implement best practices in product management will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap - Translate product requirements into user stories and technical specifications - Own product modules from ideation to deployment and post-launch iterations - Analyze usage data and user feedback for product improvement - Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and troubleshoot issues - Support DevOps practices for smooth CI/CD and system reliability Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Proficiency in Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Backend technologies - Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and DevOps tools - Strong understanding of Product Architecture and user-centric design - Experience in edtech or similar fast-paced industries - Basic knowledge of agile processes and product management principles - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills At NICMAR, you will be a part of a mission-driven organization that is shaping the future of education.
