As a LogOS Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the LogOS program deliverables, managing timelines, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the program throughout the yearly cycle. Your role will involve analyzing the current CE processes and chapters to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will be tasked with developing CE process content by creating workflows based on process descriptions provided by experts. This will include updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials to equip business unit users with the necessary tools to execute tasks efficiently and accurately. Monitoring and managing the health check scores of the CE pillar will be a key aspect of your role. This will involve conducting regular audits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate CE performance and compliance against established LogOS standards. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to CE performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SAMBC and Service/Maverick. Additionally, you will need to follow up on action plans and collaborate with CE teams and staff to implement them effectively. It is essential to understand the LogOS strategy, cycle, profile, and context to align communication effectively with teams and program expectations. Regularly communicating progress, challenges, and results to key stakeholders, including upper management and department heads, will be crucial in your role. You will confidently apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies to promote operational efficiency and develop and track action plans to achieve exceptional project outcomes. Identifying opportunities, developing, and adapting LogOS tools to automate analysis processes will be part of your responsibilities. This will help improve efficiency, accuracy, and enable faster decision-making. Prioritizing activities and tasks within agreed timelines to ensure adherence to quality expectations is essential. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing support to CE teams by guiding them through planning, prioritization, health checks, and LogOS implementation phases as needed will be critical for success in this role.,
