You will be responsible for creating effective navigational and wayfinding design solutions that guide people through large, complex environments such as airports, hotels, hospitals, campuses, malls, and public areas. Your role as a Sr. Signage and Wayfinding Designer will involve helping individuals navigate more easily and efficiently while seamlessly engaging in the built environment to enhance the user experience. This position requires a combination of skills from various disciplines including behavioral psychology, architecture, product design, and graphic design. Starting with a thorough understanding and analysis of built/open spaces, your tasks will include categorizing users, different destinations, user circulation, decision-making points, various sign types, and information architecture. You will create a graphic language consisting of typography, iconography, colors, patterns, symbols, maps, and other design elements, along with material knowledge to ensure effective wayfinding solutions. As a Sr. (EGD) Experiential Graphics & Branded Environment Designer, you will specialize in designing immersive and memorable physical experiences and bespoke spaces with the help of different themes and experiential graphics. Your role will involve using photographs, illustration, typography, 3D elements, hand-painted graphics or graffiti, art, murals, sculptures, and real-time objects to enhance the user experience by creating environments that engage the senses and evoke emotions. Your responsibilities will include helping clients reflect their brand value, culture, vision, and mission through playful themes or inspiring designs that convey the desired message to the target audience. Branded Environment Design requires a blend of skills from various disciplines such as behavioral psychology, architecture, photography, and graphic design. To excel in this role, you will begin with a solid understanding and analysis of built/open spaces, considering the look and feel of the space, design language, use of colors and materials, and the function of the space in relation to the target users. Your EGD design solutions should not only complement the overall design but also enhance the spaces to create immersive and engaging experiences for users.,
