As a Senior Technical Project Manager in the Operations department, your role will involve onboarding and supporting new merchants, developing goals and plans, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources to ensure successful project completion. You will need to demonstrate resourcefulness, innovation, and adaptability to change, while managing relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring alignment towards common goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and assessing risks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks, addressing project change requests, and managing project scope effectively. Organizing and facilitating regular project scrums, driving technical issue resolutions with urgency, and collaborating with Engineering to troubleshoot issues will also be key aspects of your role. Success in this role will be measured by timely project delivery, achievement of key milestones, closure of solution gaps, and delivery of a working solution that meets merchant requirements. You will also be expected to focus on customer needs, foster collaboration across departments, understand business impacts, and identify innovative solutions to optimize equity management processes. Key skills and competencies required for this role include critical thinking, experience with third party web service integrations, excellent SQL skills, and a successful track record in delivering integration projects. You should possess a high degree of technical competency, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment while dealing with ambiguity and changing deadlines effectively. As a project leader, you should prioritize well, communicate effectively, and be willing to engage in day-to-day tasks to ensure project success. Strong problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in written and spoken English are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications for the Senior Technical Project Manager position include a graduation or higher degree in Technology/Engineering, Project Management Professional certification from PMI, and Scrum Master Certification.,
