Role & responsibilities Work with Cross-functional product development teams such as Hardware, software, and quality teams to develop the schedule and follow up the execution of the task. Make sure all the tasks are captured for the planned tasks and completed. Make checklist for each of the tasks and ensure it full filled prior to release of the product to market. Be the primary point of contact across the broader organization for anything related to your program. Presenting program updates to all the stakeholders within the company. Support the team in mitigating risks and navigating complex issues that arise during development launch. Understand both the technical and business landscape, and drive clear prioritization throughout the teams. Coordinate with external parties wherever is required to complete the task. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Electronics and communication engineering discipline with a total of 7 to 8 years experience in Hardware design and project management. Experience in Semiconductor/Product Engineering industries and service industries catering to Semiconductor/product engineering functions desirable. Should have a good understanding of electronics product development flow with FPGA as the core of the design. Project Management Certification (PMP)/ Scrum Master/Agile certification preferred. Conversant with Agile development, Scrum practice, Devops, and Test automation. Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them before they become significant issues. Ability to comprehend full product development lifecycle (customer requirements to shipping to customers) and the interdependencies between stages. Ability to set up tracking tools, track predecessor/successor tasks, and be familiar with PM tools like MS Projects. Ability to proactively identify and spot bottlenecks, inform the concerned leads and offer suggestions to mitigate them. Perks and benefits As per Company's Standard
